Chris and Shellie were great Shellie was terrific with organising the finance for the car, she explained things clearly so that l understood everything. 
Chris would have to be the best salesman that l have ever met, he answered all my questions and gave honest answers. He did not Sell me a car, he guided us through the process of finding the best car for our needs giving our family the type of purpose that we have (touring, moving around a lot and general stuff). I originally looked at the Subaru wagon which is a great car, Chris showed us through MPVs Golf wagons and sedans and the Toyota crown that we eventually bought. The whole process took 3 Hours plus. This was because we had to decide what was best for us. Chris, unlike a lot of salesmen who would have walked off as soon as they realised that we were going to be a while, stayed with us in the background helping where he could. Which showed me that me that l could and do trust him to be fair, honest and someone that was more interested in finding us the car for our needs and not dumping the yard s box to get rid of us.

The best example of his and Dave Allen's commitment to us was after l drove away on picking up the car. I ran over a serious pot hope and onto the curb puncturing the front tyre (actually l took out both left tyres) as the tyre was still okay to drive on l drove back to the yard to get help (l was only a couple of streets away). As l arrived Chris and the mechanic came out saw the tyres and immediately Chris was on the phone to beaurepairs to source two replacement tyres then HE started fitting the spare and another tyre from one one the yard cars to the crown. My wife was upset l was mortified that l had pranged the car after five minutes. Chris was calming and focused on getting us on the road and to the airport for our flight home. No many if any other salesmen would be that customer focused. Chris put the two new tyres and the company account and Shellie is letting me pay them when l get paid in three weeks time. When it comes time to buy my next car l will not even think about going anywhere else.

Walked around twice looking for a car, but there were so many to choose from, I was at a loss. Luckily one of the salesman saw me and wondered over to assist. Couple of questions later and " boom" I had a car which suited my needs. Love my Toyota, thank you team, it was great dealing with you from the start to the end when I collect my car.
