I tried to put this message on the testimonial page on the website and gave up after page 25 which speaks volumes about how good these guys are to deal with. 

Everyone has heard horror stories about car dealers. After dealing with Chris and Shelley I can say without a doubt that they are the best and most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. As an example, the night that we picked out car up on the way to the way to Auckland airport to catch a flight home. We arrived right on closing and the workshop guys were running all the cars inside. Shelley accelerated the process for us and we cleared the yard at 5.45. I got 100 metres down the road and hit a ditch so hard that it flattened both tyres on that side. I immediately headed back to the yard before the tyres went down completely flat for help.

Chris changed one tyre while the head mechanic changed the other with a spare from the yard. Chris called their tyre dealer and got them to stay open while he took the car in. Shelley took my family in her car to the tyre place. Chris arranged to replace both tyres on the company account and stayed with my family until the work was done. I brought the rental car to the tyre dealers at 6.15 after refuelling it. Chris was still there making sure that everything was squared away and that Lynda and Kirsty were safe. The tyres were put on the company account and I fixed Shelley up for them a couple of weeks later. All the while, it was getting late AND Chris had to pick his daughter up.
ANY other dealer would have said ''Bugger you, you broke it your problem''.  NO, other company would go the extra mile like Chris, Shelley and the team. They are without doubt the best, most honourable and trustworthy people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with.
I will not buy another car from anyone else ever. Even though I have since moved back to Australia I will buy the car that Chris recommends as best value for money and store it for 12 months with them and then import it to Aussie.
